Delivery
ImageWake is a digital service provided electronically, not a physical product; nothing is shipped. The plan you buy is applied to the catalog as soon as payment is confirmed and the service is available immediately.
After purchase, the plan, service period and end date are shown in your dashboard. If the plan is not applied to the catalog because of a technical problem, let us know at [email protected]; we fix it as soon as possible, or refund the payment if it cannot be fixed.
The service period is 30 days for a monthly plan and 365 days for a yearly plan, starting when payment is confirmed. Plans do not renew automatically; when the period ends the catalog goes offline and uploaded content is kept.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
The service is performed electronically and instantly within the meaning of Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation issued under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. Because the catalog is activated as soon as payment is confirmed, there is no right of withdrawal; the buyer confirms this before purchasing. Law No. 6502 does not apply to buyers acting for commercial or professional purposes.
If the service cannot be provided for a technical reason attributable to us, the unavailable time is added to the catalog or, at the buyer's request, the corresponding amount is refunded. Refund requests can be sent to [email protected]; approved refunds are made to the card used for payment within 14 days at the latest. Consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
Cancellation
Because payments do not renew automatically, there is nothing to cancel; the service simply ends when the period runs out. You can delete your account from your dashboard at any time.
Free trial
Where offered, a free trial can be started from the plans page by companies that have not purchased a plan before, once per company. The trial length, content limit and included plan features are shown on the start screen. No payment details are required; when the trial ends the catalog goes offline and nothing is charged automatically. Catalogs on a trial show a “Free trial version” notice on the visitor screen, and the white-label option is not available. Content uploaded during the trial is kept when a plan is purchased for the same catalog. ImageWake reserves the right to change the trial conditions or stop offering trials; trials already started are not affected.
