Payment and invoicing
- Prices include VAT; payment is taken in Turkish lira, secured by iyzico.
- Pay monthly or yearly; yearly billing gives you 2 months free.
- Automatic renewal is optional and can be turned off in the dashboard at any time.
- When upgrading you only pay the difference for the remaining period; moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the end of the period at no extra cost.
- An electronic invoice is issued for every payment; company billing details are entered at checkout.
FAQ
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The free plan needs no card and has no time limit: 3 items, 200 scans every 30 days and videos up to 30 seconds. It suits single prints such as business cards, posters and packaging. A free library that is not scanned for 60 days is paused; your content is not deleted.
What is a library and why is it priced separately?
A library holds the images and videos of things printed together, such as a catalog, a brochure series or a product group. Each library has its own address, QR code, plan and period, so you can run different prints on different plans.
What happens when the scan limit is reached?
You get an email at 80% and at 100% of the limit. Once it is reached, visitors see an information page instead of the video until the next period starts; you can upgrade to continue right away.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and you only pay the difference for the remaining period; your end date stays the same. Moving to a smaller plan or a shorter period takes effect at the end of the current period at no extra cost.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
You can turn off automatic renewal in the dashboard at any time; your plan keeps working until the end of the period. Because the service starts immediately upon payment, there is no right of withdrawal or partial refund under Turkish distance sales regulations.
Can I pay from outside Türkiye?
Payment is always taken in Turkish lira. Amounts shown in other currencies are approximate, based on the Central Bank of Türkiye rate; the amount charged to your card may differ slightly depending on your bank's rate.
