A backwards preparation timeline
- 12–16 weeks before: confirm booth space and design, choose the products to feature.
- 8–10 weeks before: prepare catalog and brochure content, shoot product photos.
- 6–8 weeks before: produce product videos (15–45 seconds).
- 4 weeks before: send the file to the printer; the "recommended deadline" on this page is this date.
- 2 weeks before: test the printed catalogs and posters with a phone and brief the booth team.

To allow for printing time and possible corrections, send your catalog to print at least 4 weeks before the fair. This calendar shows the recommended deadline under each fair.
